  Lilith Project aims to provide groundbreaking Human Resource solutions that can benefit companies and institutions in all sectors, from the world of finance, services, and industry to the civil service and international institutions.

By utilising the TTI Success Insights profiles, Lilith Project will allow your company to streamline its recruitment and human resource management to ensure that the right people are doing the right jobs and maximum productivity is achieved. Lilith Project further provides continued support to ensure all Human Resource managers are able to correctly assess profiles, with workshops and on-going training tailored around the needs of your company.

TTI Success Insights profiles were first developed in the United States in the 1980's by Bill J. Bonnstetter whose research led him to create a system that enabled individuals to be employed in positions that (best) suit their unique personality. The advantages of this system are not only the increased accuracy and reliability that come with this research-proven assessment, but also the nature of the services Lilith Project can provide. Once the instruments provided by Lilith project are installed and training has been completed, companies are able to use them independently to assess individual profiles to determine the course most advantageous for their business.

Since then, TTI Success Insights has successfully expanded its product offering to cover factors affecting an individual's performance and well-being at the workplace in more depth.

Newly developed instruments include:

  • the TTI Trimetrix product line, which combines both the analysis of behaviour and analysis of attitude and values with a new assessment of the domains of acumen and competencies;

  • the Emotional Quotient, which supplements existing behaviour and value assesments by examining key areas pertaining to intra- and interpersonal relations; and

  • the Stress Quotient, measuring key stress factors at an individual and team level.

  • Connecting all these aspects strengthens the understanding of the individual, allowing for an accurate picture to be formed that is essential to performance growth, team effectiveness, and successful selection and retention.
